Yes. Reservify integrates with any reservation and accounting system you give us access to, connects to all major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and more), and provides an open API for anything custom.
No. The Key locker issues traditional keys automatically. If you already use electronic locks, we integrate with Dormakaba, ASSA ABLOY, Loxone, iLOQ, TTLock and many others.
The kiosk has an offline mode, so guests can still check in and receive their keys without a connection.
No. It is an optional module. Guests opt in by creating a profile in the mobile app, and faces are stored as non-reversible vectors, never as photos.
Yes. Guests tap the microphone on the kiosk and say something like “a room for two from May 28 for three nights”. The AI concierge fills in the booking and they only confirm and pay.
